The menu includes traditional and innovative dishes: red meats, fish and shellfish, risotto and pasta, always loyal to the original recipes.

Our elaborated menu offers some Casimiro Biguá traditional dishes, such as Black Hake with grilled vegetables, Sirloin of Veal and Lamb with morel sauce or the famous Patagonian Lamb in almond crust.

Our fresh pasta is homemade, the dry pasta and the rice are Italian.We are loyal to our mission: Exceed our client’s expectations through the excellence of our food and service.

Casimiro Biguá wants to make Argentine wines known. We have a carefully prepared wine list and we advise our clients on the selection.

All of the varieties of the grapes harvested in the country are present in the more than 250 national wines we offer, perfect to pair any of your dishes.

Our wine list includes the most well-known wineries as well as excellent boutique wineries and a careful selection of designer wines.
